Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts, no minimums, no monthly fees. Book a pickup when you need one — you're only charged $30 for the pickup and $15 per blade when sharpening is complete. That's it.
What happens during the free blade audit?
A Ciklek tech visits your shop, catalogs your cutting tools, scans or creates QR labels, checks current wear levels, and builds your standing spec sheet. The whole visit takes 30–60 minutes. No credit card required.
How does tool tracking work?
Every tool gets a durable QR label. When we pick up a tool, the driver scans it. When a technician services it, they scan it and log the service. You can pull up full history — cycles, sharpening dates, wear levels — from the customer portal anytime.
How does billing work?
We charge your card $30 when you book a pickup. When your blades are sharpened and QC'd, we charge $15 per blade — before they head back to you. You'll see every charge itemized in your portal.
Do you service all blade types?
We service circular saw blades, router bits, shaper cutters, dado sets, jigsaw blades, reciprocating blades, hole saws, oscillating blades, and more. If you're not sure whether we can handle a specific tool type, mention it when you book your audit.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from pickup to delivery. Rush service (24-hour) is available on request — contact us to arrange.
What if I have a very high volume?
Pay-as-you-go works for shops of all sizes. If you're running 50+ blades per pickup regularly, reach out — we can discuss volume rates that make sense for your scale.
Is my data and tool history kept private?
Yes. Your tool specs, wear data, and service history are private to your account and never shared with competitors.
